Presentation from 2006 Annual Homeowners Meeting

--
Berryland Farm is a neighborhood of 150 homes in Oakton, Virginia. By respecting the land's natural beauty, nurturing common grounds and activities, and involving residents in enhancing property values, Berryland Farm and its homeowners association have succeeded in making this neighborhood one of Northern Virginia's premier established communities.

With adjacent parkland, streams and ponds, the 150 houses in Berryland Farm enjoy the ambiance of a country village. Because the homes were constructed by several builders beginning in 1980, their diverse styles reinforce the community's uniqueness. It has aged graciously with the intentional involvement of those who call it home.

Berryland families enjoy tennis courts and a playground within common areas, and take advantage of nearby walking trails. Its children attend Flint Hill Elementary, Thoreau Middle, and Madison High School—among Fairfax County's finest. Within 5 miles of I-66, Oak Marr Park, and the town of Oakton, Berryland Farm is near enough and far enough from everything. Learn more about Berryland Farm!
